Note quite the shipping update, mostly because I can't seem to connect to Avenger's server, but nonetheless I decided to install SPC and start a more... passive... shipyard on an SSP world in case this persists in any way. So without further ado, I present to you the Evelyn! As evident by the screenshots, it isn't quite done yet.

The interior is based on a structural mesh which excels in not letting the ship fall apart after being shot a few times!

The Evelyn is a cargo vessel, so large interior spaces are a must.

A single large gauss cannon for defence is all this ship is granted. Normally non-military vessels aren't even allowed more than one or two light railguns, but because of its high use in battle zones, the Evelyn was granted a medium gauss in order to better protect itself and its cargo.

It isn't my texture pack anymore, it's Iv's. When I got rid of my old laptop I forgot to grab my texture pack so it's forever lost. To be fair, it was getting really outdated.

Well with such a texture pack all you need is to add the textures you need and not the new blocks.

NOTICE: Anything not listed in the OP and should be are shown below in successive posts. Also, I'll probably put up my new ship sizing system tomorrow as it's a really really really long list. And after all that, I'm done doing stuff today.

I present to you the beginnings of my first ship bigger than an Onesty-Class corvette (heavy cruiser). What I am about to show you is the start of the Etherreal Nightmare-Class dreadnought (super dreadnought)!

Cool, and when did you update your OP? It looks great! How long did it take you to build those guns??

I updated it about when I posted that bump above the ram. And all together I'd guess around a half-hour, the color scheming was a pain. Although it probably would've took longer if I didn't use this.

Considering that's a super dreadnought, you're going to need a bigger ram.

I would offer to help, but I suck at making the fronts of ships, which is why the front of the Archetype will be one big gun.

The design scheme follows similarly to the Onesty, where the width and height incrementally increase. Also, the Etherreal Nightmare's ram is mostly only to look neat, and it is not advised to use it.

The Penetrator-class pinnace is a tad small. That's right, you have a small pinnace. Probably not big enough to penetrate well, either...
