Any ideas for what to make out of the lower half of the largest hexagonal prism?
I was thinking of hangar or troop carriage.

By its ordinance placement I'd say it would make a good attack carrier.

I'd say vehicle storage, or a barracks and deployment tubes. Maybe magazines if there's room.

Until the enemy blows it up, yes. And when the enemy does blow it up, I have installed ample security against further hull breaches from it (see below: 1 airlock, 1 bulkhead, 2 security doors, and sealable (not pictured) stairs.) The observation deck was a request by a vocal majority of Zuguthian personnel.

Or maybe a combined dropship/vehicle hangar.

Look at the hangar in the Pillar of Autumn (Halo CE) for an idea; topside dropship pads and racks, lower hangar vehicle storage.

Decided to do a sort of transport ship, with a large bay for dropships/shuttles/strikecraft/etc above a bay for troops/cargo.

Pretty sure I made a breddy big frick up. I saved over the world. And I hadn't made a backup for some time.

At least I've got plenty of space to start working on my series of frigates!
