The new fighter looks really good for how small it is! Don't change a thing!

Thanks :) i am currently working on a "colinisation" ship designed to carry a few of those fighters and kill of he population of any primitive natives. Any help/suggestions would be great as from sone angles it looks like a 90 year old chain smoker :D It is also going to be bigger than my other ships as i just installed world edit, all my other ships in this fleet were built completely manually.

Added the auraxis class; my first cruiser :D :D :D

Also, i need to come up with a ship sizing system; how about this:

5-25 blocks-fighter
25-75 blocks-pinnace
75-150 blocks-corvette
150-225 blocks-frigate
225-400 blocks-light cruiser
400-900 blocks- heavy cruiser
900+ blocks-dreadnaught.

Suggestions for both the sizing system and the cruiser would be great :)

something i forgot to show in the pics of the Auraxis class, it has the standardised docking ports laserbilly designed ( http://www.futurecraftforums.tk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=181&p=5232#p5232 )

Sizing system seems ok, and the cruiser is good.
Say what happened to the dreadnought you were building?

EDIT: BLOODY AUTO CUCUMBER, I MEAN AUTOCORRECT

EDIT2: bloody caps lock.

Thanks :), and the dreadnaught failed, the shapes beyond the mid section got WAY to hard as i am not that experianced with curves in minecraft.

I think it is (this is just my opinion) carrier is a combination of role and ship size, for example, light carrier or heavy carrier, carrier is a meduim sized ship that ferrys stuff about, and a heavy carrier is a bigger version, juat like a cruiser and heavy cruiser. For my purposes i will count it as a ship size as otherwise i would have to refer to my ships as Cruiser Ferrys or something like that, not counting it as a ship size makes things difficult.

Also, i have finished the prow/battering ram of my heavy cruiser, it is about 80 blocks long, and if i stick to the design will be just a tiny proportion of the ship, also, its meant to look slab sided and vulgar. The reasons will be clear when i have some more of the ship done :)

Thanks, also here are some pics of the R6 fighter that i am working on. A bit like the R5, but able do be deployed in space with the function of destroying incoming missiles. Also, it is very, very good at killing infantry due to its highly toxic exaust.

Comparison next to the R5

also, i dont know when it will be fixed but many of the images aren't working for some reason, sorry about that.

The dreadnaught has been scrapped, instead my next big ship will be based on this photo that i saw on DrMackeroths ship thread, (the ship i am basing it off is the arm of orion. (sorry if this has been done but that ship looks epic so i want to give it a try)

The new fight looks even better than the last! It reminds me of a Cylon Raider! Nice work, again!

Also, the ship on the bottom has already been made by Blockman, but the upper one still hasn't been made.

Good good, the upper one is what i am making and thanks, it was meant to look like an R5 slip fighter from andromeda but that show probably isnt to well known, i only know of it because i found it on netflix and my dad said it was good. Also, here is the main cannon on my ship, it is currently 106 blocks long and i havent put any decoration on it yet, i think i may hold the record for the biggest cannon for a non 40k faction :D
