Well those things are a lot more annoying than they seem. Although as I suspected one barrage is enough to blow em up from a cruiser the path missiles take to hit that stuff are rather weird. I suspect they might have passed through that hole stuff in the mid making em spin aimlessly around the ship without hitting anything. They are rather slow for their size. Apart from that they look cool.

The shitiness of the Ascendant (The one Incap was flying) was apparently due to an accident that I had when refitting it into a MK-IV. It was originally spawned as a Mk-III, but when I made the Mk-IV I decided to refit the three Manticores at base instead of replacing them as it would save 360 million credits. When refitting the ITS Ascendant, apparently I accidentally hooked up one of the new weapons that I was adding as a slave to an existing one, and replaced the extra hollow space that I had created while working there with power tanks, instead of the shield regen blocks that were supposed to go there, which resulted in substandard firepower and a much lower shield regen than it was supposed to have. Perhaps I should not be a cheapskate next time xD Incap was not pleased with me afterwards....

Well shield regen is useless against missiles, you had too low of a shield CAPACITY to withstand a barrage but luckly for incap all I got was 1 missile hitting at a time at most (most of the time they just spinned around the ship until they blew up). Well I won't have the time to fix it though couse I got an exam tomorrow so no SM for me and incap will need to rage for a lil longer until he gets his rematch.

True, but he still had substandard weapons, there would also be a small amount of recharge between the multiple missile impacts.

And its NOT awsome -.- , server almost died when I battled that stuff you see in those pics, I basically almost lost 3 times in a row , not to targ's manticores but to the freaking lag .

My fps goes down to 5 when I look at one of the abandoned space stations in that game. :'(

The lag is due to Nass main, which appears to be hosted on a 1960's toaster, rather than the game itself, lots off other servers are much less laggy
