No, because again the moderator will give the same result 80% of the time, it is also important to make sure the Judge himself doesn’t have moderating rights. It is easy enough to make a position with a fancy color to be a mod just in the appeals subforum, isn't it ?

Yeah, that's pretty easy to do, I could propably walk people through that step-by-step if required...

It's actually not.

You can assign mod permissions globally or not at all, that's just PHPbb3.

So.

Also, fix the damn forum before you start going on about elections and exams or whatever Iv is at this time.

Bye.

Well alright if such is the limit, honestly he doesn’t need mod rights here either (I just had nothing to put in there) .

Coloured name isn't really necessary at this point, so we shouldn't have to worry about the forum side

Assuming Tau reads these, you appeal to him. if majority vote says so, Tau can overrule moderator decisions. I do not believe we have a majority vote here. However, I am uncertain.

As I just said on the prev page majority vote is out of question, please read carefully.

Oh no it isn't, never rule out the majority vote, we just need someone to judge whether it is valid or not.

And yes, I did read what you wrote

It was towards Error, sry but it gets me lately when people don't bother to read what I say, plus if you appoint a man to judge a majority vote doesn't that basically means he judges the issue itself already ? What the point in having the man in the middle (your vote) ? Not only this but by judging your vote only he doesn't judge the facts and argument presented in the case, in other words its not a judgment at all, while judging the vote based on the arguments is identical to judging the argument themselves, the vote doesn’t play a role here.

I'm saying the majority vote isn't to be ignored, it isn't the whole thing but it definitely factors. And I highly doubt Error didn't read the page, considering the nature of the topic.

If they are all right people, sure.
If they are n00bs and/or assholes, NO.
