This is a first offense (at least, since the rules were edited). Thus, no ban, and calling for one isn't about to get him banned.

As ,much as the rules are pretty clear they apply for all members. So far Ive see ppl MUCH MUCH more antagonistic towards each other in a hidden and very maliculous way (Tiel being a recent and a very common offender). You will have to choose yourself whether or not you enforce those rules however if you choose to enforce em enforce em equally for all members.

On a side note I dont see how my post was made there to deliberately anger TIel (compared to his post for example). If you are going to cling to every single word that ppl post here ypu might as well take down the whole forum.

You didn't anger Tiel, he's just being a troll, I believe.

So I do not see even a point in you sending me that mail.

@Proto my "Keep a Straight Face" power has been levelled to about 100 by now.

@Iv for it to count as a rule violation, there has to be overt or explicit attempts at antagonization. Trying to assess someone's tone or motive via the Internet is an excercise in futility. I'm not handing out warning because someone might have been trying to annoy you.

And for the record, Iv, when I say overt or explicit, I mean something that can be read by anyone of the forum and be very obviously antagonistic.

@Tiel please don't create useless threads in Appeals. Seriously. It wastes everyone's time. If you've a legitimate concern the rules were broken, okay, but calling for a ban and making a poll with "yes" as all three options...

Nah. If you think I deserve a ban go ahead, however if you ban me you msut ban every other violator who antagonized ppl on the forums recently, that includes Tiel and even you BTW. As for his posts being "not deliberate or only possibly offensive" he pretty much admits the opposite in the post above. If you ask me banning over a request of a troll (it is clearly over a request of a troll as beforehand you took no action) I cannot stop you, its at your discretion, but if thats how far your good sense is taking you Im sorry to hear that.

@ the chilling out part even if I exploded there the advantage of being an Israeli honest with his feelnigs is that I will let you know everything I think about you within seconds and from that point on Im ready to open a new page. Im not keeping grudges boiling deep down like LJS or Tiel for example (yeah you do ppl lets face it). If I ever post something toxic at someone its always related to his prev post and he prob deserved it ! Can say what you want about me antagonizing Tiel when I called him a jerk, but you cant say its not true. Afterwards though I said what I had to say and I forget I even said that.
