Something tells me that a simple sry wont cut it this time hyperlite, you behaved like a retard necroing a whole bunch of threads for no reason as well as spamming so I don't think you get away with it ...

You start to remind me cool, not a single constructive thoguht comes out of your mouth whatsoever, in fact a good time off the forum (lets say 7 days ?) will probably help you cool down a bit.

Hyperlite issued 1 point for necroposting without relevant content.

Due to the nature of this point, it cannot be appealed.

Wow, so you basically forgiven him and let him go ? You know there are times when you need to go soft and there are also times when you need to draw the stick, you are not a robot you got a head on your shoulders.

This is hyperlite we are talking about, he comes back in a blaze of trolling then cools off.

Yes, banning me for a week is really gonna teach me a lesson after voluntarily leaving a long time ago. Your reaction was exactly what I was aiming for though, so thank you Iv.

Iv, he necro'd a bunch of threads, ge didn't exactly cause a forum apocalypse.

Besides, if Tiel/Tau/whoever set up the forum that way, you get 2 warnings then a week ban. Then a month. Then perma.

'Cause if you don't clue in after 2 warns and 2 bans, you probably shouldn't be here.

And yet if everyone will be doing it just like him what will the forum turn into ? 3 days is the minimum Error, and yes it will help hyperlite, it doesn't matter for how long you leave, I don’t care either, all I care is that when you do something wrong you get punished, and until you learn you will be punished over and over and over again, the choice is yours whether to do it or not, but so do the consequences, please carry out your duty Error.

Iv, 2 strikes, then the bans.

That is how I do this; deal with it.

Actually, I think he necro'd eight threads. Since this was obviously a case of him intentionally antagonizing people and he was totally aware that he was violating the rules on purpose, in this situation I would probably give him eight points. I don't have any idea what the ban length scale is like on this forum, but I think that was 3 months or something on the old forum, which seems about right.

EDIT: Actually only two weeks. I was a much nicer person back then. Nevertheless, 3 months seems like a reasonable length of time.

Aight, we'll go with this;

Any further offenses (any) on hyperlite's part will jump him directly to bans from here on out.

Because 8 points would be so far along the scale he'd be permabanned for... several lifetimes.

Is the scale actually written out anywhere? I'd like to see it.

2 warnings, essentially freebies.
7-day ban following the warnings. (3 points)
1-month ban following 7-day (4 points, you should really have clued in by now)
Permanent ban (5 points. You should probably not be here.)

But we established years ago that hyperlite probably shouldn't be here. We use his name as a joke. He hasn't even pretended to be an actual forum member in ages. We don't need points to know that.
