Why is this in Phase 3? It should be in Development proper. I tried to move it myself, but when Tiel said my powers had been "nerfed slightly" he apparently really meant it.

Looks like the Judge role never got configured. I think I fixed it.

I can move threads and edit stuff now. That's all I really need. I'm not a Moderator, so the only stuff I'm likely to do is stuff like moving this to the proper section. I can't issue warnings, but that's not my job anyway. I think you did it right.
