A few issues with this revamp

With this new section going up, there are a few problems I need addressed, and questions I need answered:

1- Why can't I moderate the usergroup "Beyond" using the ACP? Because it needs to be disbanded, the "notary officer" rank is no longer required.

2- How do you sticky topics/ make announcements? Because I can't for the life of me figure it out.

3- Is there anyway to create a post that any member can edit? Because I believe it would be useful for the summary sections of topics.

Well what do you need to stick ? I don't think you can announce stuff because it's basically sticking a thing all over the forums and I think you have powers only in this one.

No, the ACP is forum-wide. I could change anything, I could bomb Area 52, even the design of the forum if I wanted to. It's just that I needed it for this before anything else.

I need the "Plan" stickied, as well as the 6 topics currently in the Phase 2 section (because these are the most important ones, other topics might spawn later that aren't necessarily going to be included in Futurecraft)
