May I say the coloring is really off ? Lack of detail and lack of shadows make it look flat like a cardboard cutout. You can't even differ the diff faces of the tank, theres no color difference at all between the sides and the top for example.

Its not the Finished texture(War Said, he'll color it like the Pz IV, also giving it less dirty Tracks.
