The geometry can be simplified quite a bit and it'd still have the basic shape and organic detail. If you're interested, I'll draw it from some more angles and add one or two extra versions of the detailed pieces. I might already have a few lying around left from not paying attention in calculus.

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
Hmmm... If you could do something like this:
Then I should be able to work with that. Just keep in mind Steve's stupid proportions. And that by my scaling Steve is 1.6m tall. If I have schematics like those and a known dimension I can build it no problem.

GG Manus. I'm going to need a biggerboat mech.
Looks like we may need to work out a design for Chronos at some point.

Yeah I can do that, I think.

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
Well I may have been a little overambitious with the Monster, currently I'm plagued by some strange yet somewhat amusing bugs:
Seems a couple hundred parts got lost in the wash somewhere.
But meanwhile, I've started fleshing out the mech load outs somewhat (Considering I was meant to do this in September...) and I've built a new weapon for the Peregrine and Fafnir.
This is a Multiple missile launcher cleverly disguised as a mashy-spike plate.

Out of curiosity, how does the Peregrine scale against the Leviathan Prime and/or Faffy on the armour/toughness scale?

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
Both are much tougher (and more expensive) than the Leviathan, and Peregrine is slightly tougher then the Fafnir due to it being a frontline mech rather than artillery support.
In terms of core health:
Lev MKIII: 1600 half hearts
Fafnir: 3500
Peregrine: 4000

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
Peregrine should really be half its size, as it's meant to be a light, quick, agile fire support mech (hence the name peregrine). Significantly smaller than the Fafnir. I think the legs need to be just a tad larger in proportion to the body; not sure if that can be taken care of easily or not.
The shape of the cockpit is a hindrance; the structure bars, which are pretty hefty, are directly in the pilot's line of sight. Makes it difficult to engage anything that's not at or above the horizon. The cockpit panel should be 25-40 degrees from vertical and the pilot's head should be just a little higher than the middle of that main panel to offer the largest frame of vision. A change from the reptilian head might be necessary for rescaling so Steve's head and ass don't stick out. It'd also help to make the bottom panels transparent and the bars a little thinner.
For reference, this shittily written lexicon article that I never had a chance to finish because I don't have editing perms.
The Peregrine is pictured with an LRAC. Might be worth adding a long range direct weapon that balances ROF with damage

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
Half size isn't going to happen without pretty much redesigning the thing, basically I'd need to double the dimensions of the cockpit, a fatty cockpit is going to kill the predatory look of the thing.
3 quarters however.... That might just work.

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
I've reduced the Peregrine's height to 13 blocks (or 10.4 meters) from it's original height of 16m.

Shit, that gives some perspective.

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
Height looks much better.
The original cockpit design makes it look like a predatory machine rather than a machine trying to look predatory. I think it'd also be more functional and fit better with the torso.

Another weapon, the LRAC. Vaguely based off the description in Lexicon.
Will function like the existing mech cannon, but with a higher rate of fire and less damage. And the ability to equip Flak shells for anti-air defense.

Neat-o.
Assuming it's not possible to have beam lasers (MC not really supporting that), and we already have PPCs...
Anything we lack on the Scale of 'Mech Weaponry?
