Cool. Gunships are fun.
Given that aircraft can (apparently) support passengers, why not do a Skyranger-esque transport? For the times when you don't want to turn the landscape into finely ground glass?

But it's worth a thought

They do exist. Like, if your buddies are on the ground that youère about to raze. Just saying.

In my downloads folders unchanged. This is better anyway, much more Dakka, and looks like a Flying shark, with lasers.TinkerPox wrote:Where`s Sammy the Samson?
But seriously, non-FC stuff gets put at the bottom of the pile unless I really want to make it, and to be honest I am not overly inspired to make it, I only considered it because TheOrion already made most of the model (and a some of that has to be reworked). Sorry to disappoint but I'm not going to force anything, and you do not want me to force it.
Besides the Atlas is way more overdue, and it's original FC (except it looks a bit like a Meteor but whatever). However once that's out of the way I don't have any solid plans for after, and might finish it then.

Well you can also make stationary weapons you know, similarly to the AA guns in the WW2 pack. OFC why limit yourself just to AA, you need AT guns too (or mostly anti-mech in our case), something to suppress infantry might also be useful and OFC artillery !
As for the air force you didn't make a dropship yet as far as I remember ...
And yea the bomber is just dwarfing all stuff around him , as it should be for a freaking heavy bomber !

AA works as AT, just depends on the shell you use. Perhaps I can make a deployable version of the AIC system on the mech.Iv121 wrote:Well you can also make stationary weapons you know, similarly to the AA guns in the WW2 pack. Maybe a mna-portable AA or AM launcher? 'Cause AFAIK thenFC pack doesn't have many rokketz.

Re: FC content pack flan's [THREADNAUGHT]
I have a rough design for a high-impulse weapon system. The concept is that it can fire either a high-caliber AP round or a larger explosive, similar to a mortar shell. Both would be good for smaller vehicles.
Top right. There's also an artillery piece, but both were made with Tiel's RTS in mind, so they'll have to be redesigned for MC.
Have you drawn a design for the Atlas?

I winces. Sorry, but the whole bullpup configuration always makes me cringe.
And is the Atlas a mech, tank, aircraft, or wat?

What's wrong with bullpups? I personally find them often quite blehj.Icelandic Perehelion wrote:I winces. Sorry, but the whole bullpup configuration always makes me cringe.?

Bullpup configuration is more efficient, and therefore sexier.Icelandic Perehelion wrote:I winces. Sorry, but the whole bullpup configuration always makes me cringe.
And the atlas is a bomber. Proto, are you sure that Atlas is a good name for an aircraft? It's kind of... ground-ish.

Re: FC content pack flan's [THREADNAUGHT]
Having the weight behind the grip always throws me right the hell off, because you have your hand in front holding the weapon up nor ally, not pulling the barrel down. But to each their own.
Plus, I don't need efficiency, I'm firing 12.5x75mm ferro-steel bolts from a coilgun at ~1700 meters. So whatever.
