A question!

The mod will include mining mechanics?

Like,Drills are more slower than mining lasers that are more fast than magnetic mining and all that?

And the mod will be suitable to play offline? With npcs or in just the "Ship mechanic" ?

Mining, yes. Lots of different kinds of mining. Manual, drill thingy, shooting tractor beams at a piece of rock, harvesting gasses, etc.

I think there should be something to do in SSP for FC, but it hasn't been discussed much recently.

We discussed the point to death in olden times.
It lead to the multi first single later.

However, no BC-style quarries.
Maybe you can use the modular vehicle system to make a mining bot and programm it to quarry for you, but Mackeroth has disapproved with quarries.
He said they make you OP in no time.
Expect driving a truck with a laser drill attached.

We're going to have OP, pretty much regardless of what we do. It's just a matter of how we handle mining in an environment like that.
