It would be hard to deal with. You could make a server invincible by only putting your allies on the whitelist. Griefers will have to be dealt with above the level of individual servers.

It's hard to find a way to grief in this game though, mostly people are going to be banned for bad conduct (harassment stuff like that)

There's no such thing as a griefer in a game like Futurecraft. Hackers will be the biggest problem.

I'd recommend a laisse faire approach to harassment and stuff like that. Otherwise you end up leaving the staff accountable for the 11 year old screaming the n word...better to just leave everything to the players.
