Yeah, sky color, all the biome colors. Heck, if we edit some block classes, we could even make all the blocks slightly tinted a "planetary color"

Biome colors only affect blocks using biome colors. The rest aren't going to be changed. i.e., you can't turn Earth into Mars just by changing some climate variables. It would take a full regeneration.
