In game Ship Editor?

I was wondering if there will be some kind of in game ship creator, so you dont have to build a 10,000 block ship by hand. Not only do i suck a building, I dont have the free time to do that.

I hope we get some kind of editor like that.

Nope. No reason at all. There could also be a building editor so you wouldn't need to raise a city by hand. After you appropriate the machinery needed, of course.

No. Shipyards make sense, building yards... not so much. But guaranteed there's going to be one of those guys who decided to build a spaceship that looks like a building and fly into the city, leaving it there so it is in, all intensive purpose, a building.

There won't be. But someone will build a building with the ship editor, guaranteed. I mean, people build buildings in Spore that look like trees, or ships like animals, and I have deferentially seen building-ships before. I just saying that someone's going to do it with Futurecraft.

The point of the ship-yards is so designers can build massive spaceships and experience them without the materials required to build them in the physical world. It will mean that more emphasis is put on design, and less on building as efficiently as possible, as construction is quickened, and mass production is possible.
