Sorry to disappoint, but truly organized factions will probably be using an outside form of chat and communication like Teamspeak, Mumble, or Skype.

There will also be a few (like me) who refuse to use outside communications, and that just messes everything up. Server to server will most likely be done entirely with FC in game.
