Skyrim

I decided that the ~40 hours it would take me to complete PS2's World Domination Series were probably not worth it, so tonight I bought Skyrim instead. You can play as a sentient lizard, so it's looking pretty good so far. That's really all I ask for in an RPG. I did notice that when I sell the dude an armor shirt, he gives me 24 gold for it, but if I want to buy it back, it costs me 233 gold. I understand that it has to cost me more, because that's how business works, but that's an 870% markup. Someone needs to look into the business practices at the Riverhall Trader, or wherever the hell I am right now. I suspect a serious audit would find at least some discrepancies. I was very tempted to rob and kill him.

Riverwood, and there are mods out there, probably one to fix the insane markup prices.

This is why you don't sell things you might find useful, or grind bartering skill(if they still have that; Oblivion did)

Unless you have high bartering skill, stuff will cost a bit. It is possible to play the game and get stuff without buying anything, though. Almost all my weapons and armor is stuff I have made myself, on all my characters.

Before you install mods I suggest to play the game normally at least for some time, and then go to Skyrim Nexus and go wild shopping, don't go to steam workshop, less variety, poor listing of mods, less types of mods, just go classic ! Skyrim Nexus is all you need.

^this I also suggest Getting T3nd0's Skyrim Redone once you do get mods. ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9286/? )

Video showcasing it and telling you how to install it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfR2Sts6jXM

Sentient lizards, ftw. Also, either audit the bugger yourself, or I vote formthe kll and rob option.

Me: Is there anything I should watch out for on my way up the mountain?
NPC: Nah. I occasionally see a pack of wolves or some strays, but that shouldn't be a problem for someone like you.
The frost troll I met on my way up the mountain: Lol, wut?

Use scroll of fireball. Two or three of those should do.

Depends on how early you go up to the greybeards. I rarely have fireballs in non-scroll form at level 11, but I'm not going to speak for anyone else.
