AFAIK, no real numeric limit on craft, just do whatever. Don't control other people's ships, try to be quick, ect.

So I'm pretty sure I have all the mods installed but when I load up the save it says I'm missing the magnetometer. Any idea what mod I didn't install?

That would be interplanetary launchpads. Make sure you get the most recent version and everything.

So I fixed that problem, but now when I go into the vehicle assembly building and try to attach a part to a pod the part doesn't attach and the green attachment indicator thing goes away.
