I've heard nothing but bad things about it, and I'm not being pessimistic here.

I dunno. Not one for console games, but the Eve-Dust crossover is cool. The ability to shootz people from the air (and I don't think they can shoot back) apparently gives you this feeling of godliness.

It's more like the infantry charging through what's apparently a bug-filled mess to get an orbital strike beacon, at which point EVE players can buy overly-expensive specialized space-ground shells anywhere at the planet and have it magically hit its mark.

i wish it was coming out on PC. Im such a big EVE Online fan, as I have made quite clear in the past.

True, but the enemy team has space ships too. (oh and like buying new ships in eve online, I think you will be able to buy all sorts of different gunships and dropships for you character to fly into battle. :P

Dust was originally supposed to come out for Xbox and PC, but I guess someone at Sony negotiated an exclusivity deal.

Microsoft wouldn't let CCP host their own servers, and that was a deal-breaker for them.

I don't think it was ever intended to get a PC release.

It was extremely dumb of CCP not to release it for PC. EVE Online is a PC game, and Dust 514 will be attracting many EVE fans. It's just stupid.

I've always wondered if I could earn enough in Dust to plex an Eve account, or if an Eve player in the lategame with a few million ISK is just the bajillionare of Dust.
