Evolve is a pretty sweet client that'd make a great replacement for Hamachi. It offers the same VPN functionality in addition to
- Much, much higher limits on how many members a party can be in. (30 or so compared to Hamachi's 8)
- A cohesive online experience featuring a friends list, guilds, and more
- Extra cool stuff like Voice over IP and Matchmaking on games of all genres
- A full-blown installation client with a sleek and user-friendly GUI
I made us a group, which essentially is a clan/guild/whatever-you-want-to-call-it. It enables us to organize games together rapidly and then play them without the hassle of port forwarding or any of that. Basically, think of it as a more full-featured Hamachi without the annoying restrictions that prevent more of the forum from participating.

I see that it is compatible with Steam. This certainly looks interesting. I shall try it and report on it's functionality soon.

Also guys, after you install the client remember to go to the 'Friends' windows, go under the Groups category, select Futurecraft and check the 'autojoin' box. This way you'll always have a tab in the client open for communication with other people in the guild.

The black ops campaign was way to complicated for a game mainly played by 10 year olds, this would have been alright, had the plot made any sense,,or even if the plot existed......
