TL:DR: Microsoft hired a studio to make a Free to Play game targeted at Russia because Russians play on PC rather than Xbox. Also, the Free to Play market is huge in Russia at the moment.
The source code for this "leaked" and a group of people just happen to collaborate on making the game work for non-Russian gamers such as ourselves.
This video is just displaying the modders' latest breakthrough that is getting Multiplayer to work.
Anyone want to possibly play this in the future?
