Fenway what? There are definantly projectiles for SMGs and Railguns, rail gun shots are just really fricking fast, SMGs are fast if your close if your far off not really.

They travel fast enough lead is only really an issue with the plasma cannon. Rails and SMGs have faster projectiles.

It's like firing a normal bullet at fifty meters; they move fast enough it looks pretty much like hitscan.

Nope, they've been confirmed to be hitscan. Both of them. If you fire a SMG shot at the ground, for instance, a plume of dust will come up immediately, BEFORE the 'laser projectile' reaches it.

Railgun is the same.
