A deeper tech tree to climb, achievable mostly solo but heavily aided by minions or other players
Crafting more focused on realistic workshops improving quality and quantity based on upgrades, specific minions,
o.o This looks really cool! Thanks for sharing.

I must say that it looks like an interesting game. I'll download and review it when I have the chance.

I dunno Iv, if it's gonna be something along the lines of just ignoring the fact it's trying to take the concept in a different direction and then jump to the conclusion it's a shameless clone..

Dont care about clones, just MC mods already did it.

So?

Answer me this: Freespace 2 has a ton of mods, does that mean you'd be averse to a current-gen sequel?
Heck, Oblivion still has an active modding community to this day, does that mean Skyrim was a massive mistake by Bethesda? Their way of giving a huge middle finger to the modders?

The point is this game is going to pull these elements off better in the kind of cohesive and organized package a set of mods could never hope to accomplish.

Mods are a total pain in the ass to organise, and you'd be surprised at the amount of people who don't hold to mental capacity to drag and drop things.

Well FS3 will be more interesting lore-wise than anything, its not a mistake but gameplay wise it prob wont be much different than FS2, just more missions to fly on. As for Skyrim yet again its just a new big area made for you to explore. On the other hand there is no lore or new places to explore in those games, the only thing that differs them is mechanics, its like trying to make a sequel for MC.

While for this you got modpacks and installers, that thing really looks and feels like a modpack.

Tried it. The controls are a little unfamiliar and annoying, and it laggs like hell when I look at something bright.

Don't tell anybody, but to this day I have a faint hope for Futurecraft, or something similar to it, to happen. Within my lifetime.

Very system demanding. Unplayable on my laptop, and I need to use the lowest settings when playing on my desktop, which, although it doesn't have the most top-end graphics card, at least has a decent one and a relatively powerful (I think) processor. I also don't like the overall brightness and light of the game.
However, these are just my first impressions, as I haven't had the time to really play it a lot yet.
