Okay, I really didn't expect this to become, well, what it did. I'm just gonna go ahead and say I'm not really a fan of a 10 man FFA; I've been in some larger games and it just lends itself to situations where you can't tell whose ship is whose and whether to prioritize them over the ones coming from over there..

My suggestion would be to instead have a tournament format where we split the guys available this week into two factions, then the faction that wins the match is further split in half and the members fight each other next week, and so forth, until we have two or three guys left.

What pat is referring to is something we talked about on Steam; about how he'd be serious imba in anything that isn't an FFA. The solution that came up was to make him a neutral party accepting missions from both sides via the built in diplomacy system...basically a very powerful and fearsome mutual threat.

Oh god, can pat be a faction of his own in like 3v3v3v1 ? That format sounds better for me ... plus I wont be thrown into a FFA without a single experience in MP SoSE. Though I don't understand why you wanted FFA in the first place, to have team battles is much more fun, always preferred them over 1v1s in games like CoH, it becomes purer tactical gameplay as you don't need to keep track of EVERYTHING now (Who am lying to, you always need to keep track of everything no matter how many ppl do it already -.- ) ... ok at least you could divide the map into objectives and influence zones so you knew exactly what to do and you knew that that specific front is covered by your allies.

I think teams are cool.

Also, are we going with the 20:00 GMT on Sunday, or what?

I'm good then; what are the teams? I'll be playing as Vasari if this is racial teams.

I guess I won't be able to play. 20:00 GMT means I'd have to quit after ~1.5 hours which would be an unrealistic lenght for a game.

ACH the exile eh ? Im leaning towards TEC though Vasari might also be fine for me. As for time we can try to move it one hour earlier to 7 PM GMT, any objections to that time ?

Well, if we move the time to an hour earlier, I'd propably be able to get some extra time out of this and actually play.#
I for my part prefer to play loyalist-TEC

I'm usually Advent, but I play TEC sometimes too.

I can probably make 7 PM GMT.

I don't quite think I could do 7pm GMT for longer than about and hour, and as for my preferred faction, TEC Rebels.
