I think that's extraplanetary Launchpads. Which we were supposed to get.

I am fairly certain the Magnetometer is from KSP Interstellar.
After all, it is the instrument used to measure magnetic fields and therefore find good places for antimatter collection.

In Extraplanetary Launchpads, the magnetometer is used to locate ore deposits a la Kethane detectors.
