Again, I try not to ask much of anyone but it's absolutely crucial everyone who can play get in teamspeak for the sake of organization - we don't really have a joint method of communication outside of Steam and that's unreliable in that people aren't always online on that.

It also doesn't let us set up rooms for when we get things started in here.

So I do apologize for any convenience but this is something I really believe is necessary at the cost of a bare minimum of effort on your part.
