Alright after watching a few videos from here https://www.youtube.com/yt/creators/get-started.html I've learned that our most important thing that we need to work on is capturing the views attention and then keeping the viewer entertained. Now I know my videos suck, the audio sucks, what I talk about sucks. So what I'm suggesting is that all of is in a teamspeak or something else play a game together with one or more of us recording. Y'all are the one of the funnest groups I know so hopefully this will work. Me and ACH we're trying to get a group to play Guns of Icarus, but not to many people have it. So my question is this: What are some games that we can play together that a lot of have or can get and a game that isn't overly spammed like minecraft.

We'll for big games
Minecraft (Probably not the best since we aren't really pro any things)
SoaSE rebellion - pretty certain most of us have this
Civ V - Good group game

Free:
World of Tanks is a very good group friendly game
TF2 is good also, maybe some casual MvM.

For what we want I think WoT would be best, it runs pretty damn good, would work well with several people in a group, and the rounds are short enough for us to make good length videos.

I can't think of any good free unspoken games right now, but for a decent crowd gain I think some safe videos would work best before we start patching new teritory

Warframe is free. And if you didn't know, it has a big focus on co-op.

Anyways, I'm kind of late to the schedule discussion but I must say I'm opposed to the idea. If we must have a schedule, there must be a day for each of us to put out something special, to mix it up a bit to keep our viewers from getting bored and to keep US from getting bored.

If those are your concerns Im afraid you won't last a month, due to your viewers getting bored from your content or you getting bored from your own content, the time you post it at won't change the content itself.
