So the Strigiforme are the local equivalent of the Imperium (fascist restrictive antichaotic asshats), the UTA/whateverthefuck are probably either Tau (they ask nicely before they blow you up) or possibly Eldar (but less endangered).

Hire Michelangelo to sculpt it by hand.
