I didn't post my opinion about it ... If I have to choose by ideology I see no other choice but TR, the VS don't have one at all saying "Either you use our excellent alien-vare product or we kill you"(Statement is not sponsored by alien parties) which doesn't make sense nor means anything besides war for war (And probably some corperatives wanting control). NC are against laws whatsoever, which means that you will be afraid to leave your home without a gun. I see it like what happened in Egypt - People have a crappy life, people rebel against the dictator couse they think it will chance something, the people overthrow the dictator but their life is still crap, and maybe even crappier than before (like it happened in Egypt). In the end of the day though there are no empty thrones left, and so another dictator will take over, it will end up either in total anarchy with rebellions all the time, or all of the rebels are slaughtered and there is a new dictator. Even if they don't a society without laws is a dead society, join the Terran Republic !
Also they have TB on their side, WTF is FTW ! which brigs us back to the topic ...

Actually neither
. I dived into the lore and the gameplay elements to get myself more familiar with the game but the game itself doesn't want to run on my comp
. I get an error when trying to patch the game using the launcher pad. I submitted a ticket and currently try to work it out with the SOE guy but no positive results for now ...
Which server do you suggest ? And is it possible to choose another one later on ?
