I support the Terran Republic, but of course I also support the Galactic Empire, so what do I know.

AFAIK, PS2 altered the backstory a bit.

TR are the legitimate government, who were forced to extreme measures to conserve supplies after they were cut off from Earth.

NC is a corporate funded army that doesn't like the TR's socialism.

VS are techno-*-zealots who have a "join our religion worshipping technology or die" mentality.

So it is very thoroughly a gray and gray morality.

IIRC in PS1 the NC was clearly the good guy, fighting tyranny without the corporate grayness, TR was clearly the bad guy, a fairly totalitarian government that oppressed its citizens, and VS was more science and technology and less religious fervor. I think I might have VS backwards, though. Too lazy to actually look it up.

So I have a BR4 char on TR/Wasterson. What's the outfit?

We're The Obin. The only way I've ever managed to get people into the outfit is when we're both online at the same time, though, so that won't help you much. I can be on in an hour or an hour and a half if anyone else is going to be. If not I'll probably play Skyrim, but I've got most of the day after that so tell me when you can be on and I'll add you then.

Why "We're" ? You know that as someone European I would prefer to play on a European server, cobalt for example, and there are other servers with as many votes, sure someone will have to move but in the same time ppl would like it to be closer to them, use the server they're already on etc. and as we have no victor in the votes it would be unfair to just say "screw it all we go to Waterson" . If you want it fair as I said its either a lottery among the populated servers or its also possible to sum up the total number of levels each server has and move to the one with the highest lvl sum as those ppl will loose the most if they move (OFC to be valid there must be a significant diff in levels, if the diff in sum is small both servers that have basically the same level sum will loose equally as much in which case I suggest a lottery between those two or more)

So play on a Euro server. The FC Obin outfit is on Waterson. Don't like? Make an FC outfit on your server.

And before you say anything about our lack of coordination and such, we're all in differing timezones, so picking one server will always be unfair to SOMEONE, okay?

And frankly, most of us are in Europe or NA, so lag between us shouldn't be too bad.

"We're" because Tiel, Hyperlite, Fenway, Solar, Keon, Pat, and myself are already on Waterson and we have an outfit there already. Is that enough 'we' for you?

Then why the hell its not in the vote ? Also just to make sure you understand Error you cannot deside on your own "I want this server" and tell me to GTFO. More importantly however I wanna know how many ACTIVE members there are on each server. Wanna flame me all day for trying to be fair with everyone ? You only gonna tear FC apart, not because little old me is gonna "leave" but because you will keep the same assholish attitude towards all of your new members, thinking that you are some sort of superior to others. Your snobbery will simply drive off all the ppl who came here to find a community and only leave those kinds of members you are so afraid of that are all about flaming noobs or behaving like assholes.

Yes I didnt know how many ppl there are on that server and if most of them are active it would make sense to go there, BUT Im glad that I did this mistake as it revealed a deep and very ugly problem in your attitude, I hope I made it clear that this is the last tiem you tell soemone to GTFO.

Join Waterson to play with tnis outfit, or join another server and do whatever.

The majority is on waterson. Therefore, we'll (most of us) play on that server.
