1: Demote all current developers and moderators
2: Promote 2 moderators (perhaps through an initial vote) using Jedi's 'semi permanent' plan where they can be replaced if found in dereliction of duty.
3: Re-promote developers to back into the group (which should have no mod powers) selectively based on current or upcoming contributions.
4: Remove Futurecraft Courts subforum.
5: Revise rules to include 'breaches of privacy' and 'illegal discussion' as offenses.
6: Remove Tiel from Administrators group (I have no idea why I'm still in it, and I can't seem to remove myself)
7: Appoint Judge to oversee Appeals subforum (since fr0st is busy, need someone to flag clear misuses of power)
8: ???
9: Profit.

Alternatively, assign developers subforums where they've taken providence. Fenway to Futurecraft RP, etc.

Breaches of privacy is a given, but why illegal discussions? Define 'illegal'. Can I not go to hamachi and talk badly about someone? Necro should also remain, IMO, or else someone will dredge up a thread from 5 months ago to caps lock NECRO.

Fully support. We'll want to define what constitutes a breach of privacy and illegal discussion, but beyond that this is good. If fr0st doesn't know how to do this through the ACP I think I do. I remember seeing most of it.

My suggestion would be:
1. Anything posted on the forum proper is open for anyone to do what they want with. If I make a topic called "Iv's Eyes Only - DO NOT READ" in the Member's Lounge, anything I say there is open to be reposted by any forum member.
2. Anything that passes between a limited group of members (2 in a standard PM, up to 5 on Hamachi, etc), on or off the forum, is open for use by any member of that limited group unless another member of the group specifically requests it not to be. If I PM Fenway and say "I like potatoes", Fenway can tell whoever he wants that Jedi likes potatoes. If I PM Error and say "I like potatoes. Understand that I expect this information to be kept in confidence", he can't share it. If Avenger hacked into my computer and discovered that I like potatoes, he couldn't share it because he wasn't part of the initial group. Note that this should apply to stuff like the Member Info thread. You can't go hunting through the Internet for stuff about our members and then post it on the forum without their permission.

I just hate five or more threads on the same subject when it'd be more organized to just have one. The rule's there in the first place to stop 'lol year old topic umad?' kinda stuff, but if people don't comment on it the thread decays anyway, so no real harm is done. Nonetheless I'll go ahead and remove that if it would constitute lubrication here.
