Court of Appeals

Seeing as it's difficult to appeal a ban when you're, well, banned, I haz a suggestion.
1. Temp bans can be appealed by any forum member who has been asked by the banned to do so.
Defense counsel, if you will.
2. Permabans may be appealed if there is *reasonable grounds* (someone reported you for something you truly didn't do).
Again by a defense counsel.

He might be moved to a user group named "Suppressed" so that they have only acess to the court of appeals on the forum. If it's a few days ban he will remain in this state till the end couse the appeal will probably take as much time. Those who are banned permanently will have their cases reviewed and then fully banned.

Both of you have these are great ideas, but I think Iv's idea of moving someone to a group where they only have access to Court of Appeals for a time is pretty clever. I'll implement it immediately.
