If the background ends, it's a problem with your browser. The CSS was explicitly edited so that the wallpaper scales.

The Judge symbol is fancier than mine. This is unacceptable! I call for immediate action! None of the forum's emoticons fully express my feelings on this matter, and I do not currently have access to a picture of Sio Bibble saying 'It is outrageous!' You will have to imagine it.
