hyperlite's being annoying. Again. As is Tiel. Again.

I could striaght-up tempban hyper - I said I would, but I'm feeling inclined to eat my words, here - but honestly, all he's done is advocate we nuke the forum (no) and serenade Jedi (hardly bannable).

I'mma err on the side of IDGAFfing and say:

Hyperlite, we would all appreciate you not being annoying for a change. Thank you. Same applies to Tiel.

Why are you a moderator if you won't moderate? This is straightforward. He was obnoxious. He was told he would be banned if he was obnoxious again. He was obnoxious again. Do you really think that asking him to stop is going to work this time, when it never has before? Is there ever going to be any kind of escalation? He deserved to be banned before and he wasn't. He deserves to be banned now, again, and you still won't. Do your job.

You're advocating banning - a fairly serious action, nevermind how ineffective it is - someone who's done nothing outside the rules. Seriously. He may be annoying, but he's broken no rules (unless Hyperlite Posting Anything has become a bannable offense). Also, consider the wording;

"Offenses". Find me an offense Hyperlite has made, and I'll follow though. Until then, it'd be banning him for no reason. So quit your *; being annoying isn't against the rules, otherwise a fair chunk of my day would be firing bans at people.

There's no point in taking unnecessary action if all it's going to do is create a further shitstorm. Something that's happened the last, oh, every time this situation has arisen.
