So our hosting is through DigitalOcean right now, $5/mo. Cloud at Cost has similar specs for 1$/mo. Wat do?

Advise thorough research.
-End user changes?
-Storage limits, or other limits?
-What's the catch? That's damn cheap.
Can possibly paypal over soem funds to support the forum if required or desired.

No end user changes, probably.
More than enough storage (I think - I can't check at the moment, my laptop's dead).
No apparent catch.
I don't need any money, I just don't want to pay $60/year when we only need $12.

That's beenn going on since we started the new-new forum. I think it's just a phpBB problem, or maybe ImageMagick is broken. Not sure how to fix.

Possibly a bug in the theme, considering images are cut off exactly at the border between the avatar area and the text area.

My guess is that simply the avatar size limit doesn't fit the actual avatar zone limit. The side of the poster panel remains at a constant spot (lets say 200 pixels away from the avatar start) however the allowed avatar size itself (or it's auto-resize) is bigger than 200 pixels, end result avatar gets over the edge and gets cut. So the code for the avatar needs fixing with the limit fitting the actual avatar zone (or the resize being no bigger than 200 pixels wide or whatever the actual avatar zone is)

Hence my guess that ImageMagick is busted. It should resize the avatar automatically, but it obviously doesn't. I recall that it gave me some issues while installing, as well. I'll also check the code for the theme, but that *should* be okay.
As I said. I can't act on any of this until next week, when my new power brick gets here. Throw ideas at me in the meantime, I definitely need to ensure that I cover all my bases with this.
