That's not really by any conscientious choice of mine. I made sure to make it fit the theme, but anything that took more than a couple of edits I glossed over. Links were one of those; idk why, but they don't want to obey my CSS :<

I'll take a look at it tomorrow when paper's done.

Okay, I assume that the software is done. Can someone please give me instructions on how to do infoboxes and stuff before I am going to need them (AKA when there is actually content to put there)

The wiki has been live and ready for editing for a long time now. Close to a week, in fact.

Cats if you want to forward him the PM I sent you..

Got cats' PM.
I think it needs some fleshing-out, especially seperating sublight engines from FTL.

I think the existing template is more for ground vehicles. If someone could make another template based on the standard ship info format thing in the RP section, that'd be great. Well, if anyone needs it. Not really my top priority right now.

Done!
It's called Template:Ship
Changed some values from the ship submition sheet around for grouping, renamed some stuff so it works better for the infobox and added a 'utility' category for people to put systems in there that don't fit any other system category.
No stuff for 'info' in the infobox, as that belongs into the main article.

Planetary Assault seems unnecessary. Anything potentially belonging to it would fit under general armaments just fine.

There's also way too much overlap between 'Produced' and 'In Service' to warrant their separation if they are what I think they are. Should really pick one and stick with it. Sames goes for FTL limit & Velocity limit, just having one 'maximum velocity' and listing both under it would be much more convenient to the reader. Remember that Infoboxes are designed for quick access to information and should be as summary in nature as possible. You also misspelled 'length'.

Things can be in service for centuries after production has ceased. FTL limit and velocity limit should be under one category, but most FTL doesn't deal with velocity per se if we want to get into technicalities. Planetary assault is kind of redundant, so it might as well be removed or made a subcategory in armament.

-Planetary assault was seperate in the ship form, so I made them seperate
-'produced' is the period during which a ship was actively being built. 'In Service' is the period during it was used, which can make a major difference *cought*Iowa-class*cought*.
-I do agree that having both FTL-limit and velocity limit stated seperately is a bit much, but putting them together into one is just messy IMO.

I made a reply on this, but it seems to have...disappeared. Interesting.

At any rate I think I'm done tweaking the CSS for good. Looks to be fine now.

Would like editing permissions. I have things I need to add to wiki, and ideas, now that it's working. Will work on faction page template thing.
