I believe the wiki was originally made by Tiel, so I need him to give me said powers.

The only wiki you could set up would have the same problems as the old one we have now. That is, made with a free service we don't have any control over. The same reason we left forumotion not once, but twice.

If a mediawiki installation is set up it will be on the host we're using until fr0st returns from his haitus for a transfer, either by me or by Tau.

There's no reason we can't have two wiki mods. That'd be a total of five people that have control over it including the GMs.

You have a point, but I'm not gonna lie, Ivan's gotten it pretty hard as of late and his previous plan for the rp section shows he's efficient at managing and recording data. I think it's only fair that he gets the job, though I wouldn't mind having the ability to go in and play Mr. Touchup (no offense Ivan but your engrish can be a bit rough at times).

As opposed to what, PMing the entire MC forums and asking them to make a page? No one is going to want to make pages for an FC forum wiki except the members of the FC forum. And no one but the chosen few out of those will get privileges, that was pretty much the whole point of this thread.
