Give admin power to Prototype
Iv, ACH, and I have been talking, and we think the best course of action currently is for fr0st to take admin powers away from Tiel and give them to Prototype. Fr0st's objection to taking power away from Tiel even though everyone else wanted it to happen was that he didn't want to be the only one with admin powers, so if he gives them to Proto instead it should be OK. Prototype has agreed to this plan, and we all trust him to be a bit more responsible with his powers than Tiel has recently, so... yeah. Fr0stbyte (and I guess Mackeroth, but mostly fr0stbyte) can do that.

In Tiel's 10 minus 1 step plan, Tiel himself called for demotion from admin. Right?
