This is, in short, an RP seperated from the normal rpverse. You can use a faction based around you normal one, or even you normal faction, but this is completely seperate from the rpverse.

Please actually read the rules. As a colary to Population: while overpop. has downsides, underpopulation has little to no effect other than reducing the size of your military.

The only active(ish) ones are Arc 2.5 and Child's Play. And if this forum doesn't break tradition, those will die soon, too.
