If you have family or friends on Colony 3, Zephyr, now might be a good time to give them a call. A mysterious disease has hit the colony, infecting more than half the population. The disease does not seem to be dangerous, however, and specialists are working to identify the disease and find a cure, so there is no need to be alarmed.


Now over to our reporter Susanne in Woodcliff, the town that got hit by pirates earlier today.

Thank you, Casmin. I'm standing on the Main Street in Woodcliff, and as you can see the street pretty much lies in ruins after the pirate raid. There is still some discussion as to what pirates can have done this, and if it even was pirates, but a lot is pointing to the Curnagh family. The big question is how they could get through the planetary defenses and down to the surface without being discovered. Because we're not talking about a small stealth-fighter, this was two dropships and a bomber, none which seemed to have any stealth equipment. Back to studio.

> The CEO of Ingalls Incorporated stated today that the company would be making a venture into the recently discovered Lexev System. In his speech, he stated, "The company already has government backing for this project. The Chancellor stated that he would provide regular police forces and a company of Marines for the protection and law-keeping of the colony. We're thinking that it will be mainly a mining colony for the shipyards back here in Cyrania, or any other system. Hopefully, we can begin the journey in 2-3 days, as we have already reached the maximum number of initial colonists."

> The Minister of Justice stated today that he would be hearing the Cottbury vs. Harden case. For those of you that don't know, these two people are the owners of two very large companies that recently had a dispute over mining rights in the Anstrillia system. Cottbury is suing Harden.

> Reality entertainment star Zimi Johnson said today that she was retiring, amid protests from her show's fans. Her show, "Life in Cyrania," has been running for 4 years.
