A) To my limited abilities, Cats didn't perform any public planetside operations.
B) There isn't too many factions, the arrival of another faction through an interdimensional portal, near regardless of location, would be a noticeable feat.
C) He didn't say you reestablished your entire civilization, but rather established the "new" one here in this dimension. Plus didn't you say your civilization resides in another universe? Because in that case dimensions have little to do with this, and you performed inter-universe travel rather than interdimensional.

A-I don't think he announced him doing so if that's what you mean, but I did sent a hydrogen bomb at the planet and blew it up still.
