Right, thought I'd give this RP business a shot

And yes, this is an alternate universe, but you can use stuff from your other RPs

Backstory: Outpost 19 is a prison complex in the northern hemisphere of the planet TRS-17, nicknamed the dust bowl, the third plane in the TRS system, the prison is where the United Galactic Federation (the main power in this universe, which would be the Grey universe) send level 8 and above criminals (multiple murder is level 5), as well as any political rivals to the rather corrupt UGF ruling council.

On the date of 17/5/3023 (Terran calendar), the communications array on Outpost 19 was knocked out during one of the dust storms TRS-17 is so famous for, a security patrol, sent out to repair the array with full mechanical survival suits (think a mobile infantry suit) did not return, and no signals were recived from them for several weeks, it was only when one of the members of the patrol was found wandering the wasteland, that the warden realised the problem. The security officer was incredibly violent towards anyone who approached him, and screamed things about a monster hiding in the storms, Outpost 19 was put under full lockdown.

The scenario: you are a prisoner (or guard, but there will only be two guards here) who was stuck inside Outpost 19 when the lockdown was called, nothing can get in, nothing can get out, in theory.

Something has managed to enter the facility, and is attacking, so far all who have seen it have been killed before they can pass information on, though there have been no remains of the victims. The warden has disappeared, nobody has heard from him, and a prison riot is in full flow.

All prisoners are in block D, the two guards were in there at the time of the lockdown


Rules
1. no godmodding
2. Only the two guards can access the armoury, what they do with this is up to them
3. All main areas are sectioned off by bulkhead, only guards can open these
4. No concealed weapons, these were all removed, any natural weapons such as claws or talons will have been removed
5. Nobody goes outside the facility, but the facility is very large
6. Rule 4 will only be broken towards the endgame
7. There is something inside the facility (the beast), I will not specify what it is yet, but it is not in block D (yet)
8. You can die (I will not decide this, but if you are in a situation where you encounter the beast, you are very likely to die), if you do, you can submit another character application, as a prisoner in another block, if a guard dies, they can resume as a different guard

Backstory: when Theta was finally driven insane after decades of suffering from PTSD like symptoms, he attempted to take over the N.S.C.D. And would have succeeded, had the UGF not had a fleet passing by, to wipe out Theta and everything within a 1km radius. Theta was transferred into a worker body, and placed in Outpost 19 for high treason (level 9) and attempted genocide (level 8)

Traits: not particularly strong, but very intelligent, body can be damaged, but less easily than an organic, though damage is more difficult to repair

Personality: hates organic life, definitely insane

Name: Arcturus Valys
Species: Tien
Age: 36 Standard Years
Backstory: A promising lieutenant in one of UGF's specops teams, after voicing controversial views to his superiors he was bumped down to an NCO and redeployed as part of a security team aboard the Triumphant Nebula, one of many anonymous transports in a government subsidized import/export company. After discovering the cargo of the ship, Arcturus, compelled by his morals, staged a mutiny aboard the ship along with similarly-minded members of his squad and rerouted it to one of the plethora of worlds rejecting UGF authority.

The ship was intercepted, however, by a UGF picket vessel, and unwilling to let what lay within the Nebula fall back into Federation hands, Valys self-destructed the freighter, ejecting everyone onboard into the cold vacuum of space. Arcturus alone had the fortune to be propelled far enough into the other ship's magnetic field and survive the catalystic explosion, but he was promptly recovered by the warship and court martialed, but PR concerns prevented him from being executed on the spot. Instead, he was moved to Outpost 19 to live out the rest of his days.

Traits: Relatively strong, average intelligence and martial arts training. Needless to say the facility does not have much in the way of medical supplies for avians, so any severe damage dealt will be irreparable.

Personality: Eccentric and somewhat naive, Arcturus is indifferent to other species and likes to keep track of politics.

Name- Tyr
Species- Strigiforme
Age- 897
Backstory- A Strigiforme nationalist, left the separate nation of Strigiforme at the age of 750 to pursue other career options. At 850 was involved in a terrorist agency, and was the mastermind behind the recent dirty bombing of a Federation summit. Was tried and found guilty of the direct murder of 27 police guards and the bombing of a city. Sentenced to death, but was put on hold for the trial of another, more important terrorist, and was placed in the Outpost until a later date.
Traits- Cunning and swift. Capable of planning well, but not adapting the best. Has a mild martyr complex.
Personality- Calm and calculating. Had been called a murderer by people he hasn't even said more than three sentences to.
Role- After bombing a Federation city and killing 25 people? Definently a guard. No, he's a prisoner.

Species: Human
Age: 32
Backstory (why your character is incarcerated and such): After being reprimanded for excessive brutality in the UGF shock troops, Elias was incarcerated to Outpost 19, because an execution would have raised questions from his comrades and former unit in the shock-troops.
Traits (as in strength and such, or intelligence, don't make these too OP): Elias is strong and intelligent, but is cruel. He has martial arts training, is a marksman who can hit something at 1 km, and has shock trooper training.
Personality: Cruel and cunning, but can show a softer side at times. He is also a little bit OCD and somewhat paranoid, which helps him somewhat, but adds extra stress to his mind.

Name: Unit 334-"FENWAY"

Species: Robotic AI- NeoRoman Industries Model 8872-C

Age: 254 Standard Years

Backstory: Unit 334, nicknamed "Fenway" by the prisoners, was one of the standard AI units created by the massive company known as NeoRoman Industries. Normally, Model 8872-C is not sentient, only following orders given to it. Unit 334 was incorrectly assembled, and received a sentient AI core from the Model 9010-A series. Unit 334, understanding that he would be disassembled should he reveal his sentience, completely mimicked the AI patterns of the other 8874's and was able to fool the system into believing he was the same. He was ordered for duty in Outpost 19, where he maintains his non-sentient stance to the others. He has served as a guard in the prison for all 254 years of his existence, usually in monitoring and keeping the High-Security Block A in check. An order was placed for his replacement as in the recent years he has begun to break down, but he is still a usable unit. He was ordered to guard Block D until his replacement arrived, in which he would be disassembled and melted down. It doesn't look like that will happen.

Traits: Unit 334 is sentient, but is unable to show this sentience. As such, he mimics the behavior of the standard 8874; Following orders, providing updates, and providing suggestions for what should be done and what is going on, based on the capabilities of the normal unit. His unit is armed and moddable with various tools and weapons, but due to his age, and the period without full maintenance, it is unlikely they will work. His body is tough, a titanium-steel alloy, but age has considerably weakened his frame and armor, making certain sections more vulnerable than others.

Personality: As is standard for Model 8872-C, personality functions are minimized. He shows no emotion at all, internal or external, and does not generally show a personality- merely a cold, efficient, unfeeling AI. Due to his sentient nature, he could construct his own personality, but he decided it would not be worth it. Due to his age, ingraining a personality into him is now virtually impossible.

Species: Android
Age: 144
Backstory: The fourth in a series of androids crated by an unknown species that went extinct shortly after 256-Δ's logged creation, it is commonly accepted that he was the cause of the hundreds of deaths, especially after a now classified confession by 256-Δ. Some think the cause of this kind of catastrophic failure was predestined in his name. 256, which is equivalent to 4^2^2 and Δ which is the fourth letter in the ancient Greek alphabet, and in mathematics signified change. Most disregard or have never heard of this theory, but on multiple occasions 256-Δ has mentioned this very coincidence.
Traits: Constructed of inorganic components encompassed in a thick shell of flesh-like material, most wounds are superficial and any serious damage could be easily repaired given the proper materials. This has also lent him strength, intelligence, and the such greater than that of the average human to which he is very similar.
Personality: Generally called distant, cold, and antisocial, he is commonly described as a forklift, supercomputer, and psychopathic mentality in a human-esque frame. Likes to wear ties.
Role: Prisoner

Backstory (why your character is incarcerated and such)

Void was aways a good child. The parents were killed by a isolated dictartoship and the vegeance grew with him. When he gained the majority,enlisted in military and was very know for being ruthless and cold in his decisions. Entered the SPECTRE training program,receveiving in his blood a special agent that created a species of "super soldier" capable of night-vision,limited telepatic powers and such. The old identity was no more and he vanished,killing in missions and gaining fame among the other spectres. In am ambush,he was picked and was incarcerated as a high dangerous psichopath.

Traits (as in strength and such, or intelligence, don't make these too OP)
Pros: Fast thinking, very agile,strategical and tactical expert as well as a weapon master [capable of using various weapons as a proficiency] and limited telepatic powers

Cons: A little sadist,manipulative,problems with distrust in others and mental breakdowns due extress caused by a mind syndrome.

Personality: Genrally very charismatic and manipulative,but capable of trust to close friends. The psicopath nature makes him a little instable,in a simple situation he can became a feral enemy wanting blood or just a frightened man.
