Future Earth Roleplay

This roleplay is based in 2053 after WW3 where many countries were destroyed (really big ones) and new ones are popping up over the Earth. Most or all countries have ways to counteract Nuclear Missiles (so that you cant just nuke someone). As for technology, imagine these days good technology times 4 (Black Ops 2 with more space stations and no zombie mode). Yes, you can claim unclaimed cities within claimed region.
(This is not part of the Future Craft Roleplay, just thought it would be fun and might be tied in (Also kinda new concept, everyone on one planet))

Bio- After most of the island was devastated, the isle was split by faction by the north and south. Due to the destroyed/radioactive nature of much of the surface (Some nukes weren't intercepted, and many nuclear reactors were blown up), the main mode of transportation is through the elaborate subway network. The two halves were united through equal trade of resources one or the other lacks, and is now united once again under the Prime Minister Fenway.

Bio: After WWIII, a radical group made a hostile takeover of Australia. Today that group is known as the Enigio Militia. The leader is only known by what his officers call him, 'J'.

Faction: Republic of the Far East.
Location/amount(Be reasonable, seeing as you will be just a remnant): The coastal part of the Russian Far East

The Republic of the Far East was founded when Russian and American refugees decided to cooperate and make a new society after the world went to the wolves. Now it values technology more than anything (Think Brotherhood of Steel), and it's government is a republic.

Points can be added through reasonable roleplay(increase must be approved, and there will be a max of increases)
Fuel: 1 consumed universally by all types per post (unless in battle, than its after battle/2-3 hours into battle)(default for infantry is 12 max fuel)
To give you an idea of the points system, the base total(safe zone) is 5 per category.that leaves 5 points to increase chosen categories as a bonus onto that category

Rules:
No OPness(natural disasters will plague you)
No other species (races are fine(like asian, Korean, African, (new one) etc..) as long as there isn't any racism other than obliterating the enemy)
If your faction is in a desert, you will have trouble having farms(basically none)
Remember that this has nothing to do with current political stuff and this is completely separate, seeing as all countries were pretty much destroyed(nukes were intercepted) so no radiation zones that dont exist already or are made in-game

the atlantis II is was a organisation made to prepare people for going into space to live there
in atlantis II and its outposts scientists also lived to investigate marine life. however during the war the safe heavens overflowed with refugees in these neutral zones
and thanks to naval battles alot of the communications have been destroyd the main complex is completely self sufficient now but is desparate to find other people

joykler, remove weather station weapon and you will be accepted(due to tsunamis and lightning being OP in all cases)
Vinyl, cutting it a little close with all of Australia but accepted due to the fact its mostly dry and population is low
Prototype, closest thing you can have is high tech level so your population lives in a small utopia where they all have a bunch of tech implants, other than that no.

but we can do this now already
it fits my thing very well and it isnt overpowered because it doesnt do damage anymore to ground based things and
most boats would survive a storm like that only wouldnt want to go into it

No. We Cant. this is last time im saying this: controlling weather is OP. you can have hundreds of mini droid submarines f you want but no weather-controlling thingy

but i want to say yes we can do it now
i mean we can make rain
we can charge the air to a lvl thunder comes
we can create big waves with artificial air currents

now it takes alot of time and machinery but in 40 years

there is even an academy for weather management
because they think they go use it
in china they make rain [it takes more than it gives but ok]

Alduin, you're violating your own population rule. There is NO WAY you can fit 112 million in that space. The ENTIRE U.S population is just over 300 Million. Think about it.

Joykler, you're underestimating WHAT causes a tsunami. Tsunami's are caused by EARTHQUAKES, not weather. If you want tsunamis, set off nukes in fault lines to cause Earthquakes. Underwater fault lines.

i have made it softer to just big waves caused by storm
but a nuclear submissive experimental dome
with tons of researchers just outside vulcanic area
/sarcasm/ no those people are not able to make tsunamis /sarcasm/

oh and remember the mechs that can walk on the bottom of the ocean
maybe some prebuild drills here and there
