The brotherhood location is unknown and the operatives are unknown as well.

NeoRome has already identified and annihilated several Hourglass havens within it's borders, using controversial Matter Fusion Splicers. They have shown us no ethics, so we will show them none.

(If you must know, several infiltrated a NeoRoman battleship to steal data, killed the admiral, and proceeded to pull his organs out and drag them through the entire ship, in front of the crew, to force them into submission.)

OOC: Because a lot of people dislike NeoRome. Y'know, because it's a super-empire, has been around a long time and, therefore, given a lot of important people headaches. More than a few would be willing to pay to screw with us, and without ethics, the better.
