Leader: Emperor Binaris
Homeworld/Capitol: Requiem
Population (whole empire): 600 Billion (including all forms of sentient droid)
Species:
Romanti (before that, they were human)
Pronounced: Row-M-ah-tea
Story:
they were decedents of an ancient colonization program made by the inhabitants of earth to find a new planet to live on, since there's was becoming inhabitable. Earth was destroyed before the colony ship reached its destination, making the crew stranded with no backup, and limited supplies. They eventually became self-sustaining after 100 Years. there planet became like a Dreamworld, with glistening sky-scrapers and forests full of trees. as they advanced rapidly as a united planet they started to suffer setbacks from there brightest citizens dying from old age. They began experimenting with ways to indefiniatly prolong their life. Most experiments were unsuccessful, while some only prolonged life for a few decades. When it seamed hopeless, a ingenious scientist had an idea: make themselves cybernetic. He devised a machine that would transform organic lifeforms into inorganic lifeforms, making them live forever. the experiments were highly successful, but with horrible side-effects. The patients would lose all emotions after being transformed over time, and they would become unfeeling or intolerant of organic lifeforms. Some went mad from fragmented memories from an unsuccessful transformation. Most people didn't want to continue with the experiments and thought it a disaster, but the Scientist thought it was a success. In secret, he made a larger version of the device, one that would turn all inhabitants of the world into robots. He activated it, and became Emperor Binaris. but the device had unpredicted side-effects. it transformed or killed all other life on the planet, technically making it a dead planet.

Still, my RP faction needs better enemies, at the moment it's more doom robots from another dimension.Alduin wrote:tis for the roleplay, i already have faction :LPrototype wrote:Hmm, another mechanical faction...

Re: Ancient Droid Empire (for Roleplay)
Pretty cool, I would even say awesome! But still this empire reminds me Borgs, with their borg machine. I guess all of this, let's say, cyborgs in game will be villagers with unique textures .

No. No Halo4 style anything. EVER. Also no weird omnipresent plot devices, goes against the style of the RP.

First because it's unoriginal. Second because H4 ruined the franchise.Vinyl wrote:Why not?catsonmeth wrote:No. No Halo4 style anything. EVER.

No. I thought Glasslands ruined it. H4 is just like the embodiment of Glasslands twofold.ACH0225 wrote:Then you mean Glasslands ruined it.
