Derped. Alcubierre fields are the most easily disrupted of FTL systems, and it's SOP for most navies to have Warp Scramblers onboard.

Sorry, you've not only bitten off more than you can chew, but tried to scarf the rest of the meal at the same time.

Not only are they the most easily disrupted, they have the most violent reactions. I mean, have you seen what exotic matter can do when it comes into contact with normal matter?

PUBLIC STATEMENT FROM THE KCC SECURITY COUNCIL:

Thank you, citizens for participating in this simulated drill. Please carry on with your daily duties and remember that Howard's Inc. is having it's personal shuttle sale this week! Everything more than 20 years old is 20% off!

[In private transmission to the amassed armies of the Hexalani and Novan Commonwealth]

Thank you for participating in our drill. We expect this event to bring better understanding and relationships between our empires. Please review the attached trade agreement that we believe we could all benefit from.

We will tax imports from both of you 10% for the next hundred years but will send you a supercarrier of your choosing from our fleet every 10 years.

No Hexamarts are allowed to operate inside KCC territory. KCC member corporations hold monopolies on their respective products and would like to keep it that way.

We're a corporatocracy... Or as we like to have our citizens believe, a "constitutional democracy".

You should have said that to the Novan Commonwealth. They seem hostile to corporations. Keep your corporations behind your borders.

You're not in a position to make demands.

You can't just put your Hexamarts in KCC space without our consent. That's anarchy. It's like walking through somebody's territory in Civ V without an open boarders agreement. It's an act of war, ESPECIALLY in a corporatocracy. It goes against the elites' way of life. Let's slow down. Start with small agreements first. How about we trade embassies, and allow our people to travel between our empires. That way your citizens can spend money in the KCC, and ours can spend money in your Hexamarts, in Hexalani space.

I'm not the one whose primary defense against an overwhelming foe is to turn everything into Theta-2 Events waiting to happen.
