[Adapted from FCAD. Original concept by Daynel.]
There are many theories about the afterlife. Heaven, Hell, Purgatory, Elysium... and more. Turns out? Most of them are wrong. Surprise, surprise.
See, there is a Heaven. Of sorts. Most folks do end up there. You're not one of them.
There's a Hell, of a kind. Sure, the regular standard sinners and nasty folks end up slaving away for eternity in fires and stuff, but not you. Oh, no.
See... you were a grand sinner. Something set above (or below, perhaps) the average. You don't go to Hell... you end up somewhere else. You end up... well, here.
This place has it all. The Las Vegas look, the slight red tint... could be Hell. Who knows? The celebrities suggest it; down here such people as Stalin, Hitler, Polpot, and Genghis Khan chill out and greet the newbies.
Welcome to the afterlife. An afterlife of blackjack, and hookers.
You wake up. Conaidering you remember dying, this is a tad unexpected. Looking around, you'd say you're in a hospital... but something's not quite right.
A man in a lab coat wanders in, clipboard in hand. Raising an eyebrow, he nods.
"Welcome."
