(to be posted, am currently hashing out what everyone's starting techs will be and how far down a particular path a specialization (say, genetics, for the WH40k people so they can have their Space Marines) will put your empire.)

That is what I have at the moment, and I will expand on it shortly, assigning Research Point requirements to each tech, as well as making more techs and whatnot.
