Pub 9 has an aesthetic flavor that one might call "rustic" and another might call "cheap and dirty in every conceivable way." The barkeep, a gruff Trackuul with several large scars and missing facial plates, lazily wipes the counter with a dirty rag while glancing disdainfully at the sanitizer hanging behind him. "Ten credits. Bunk's upstairs," The barkeep said, pointing to a single set of stairs. "Only got a few others up there. Door in the corner's the shitter, subnet terminal's up there too. Locker by each bunk if you need it, should be a few free ones."

The Batii takes a quick glance at her armpiece. "Then you accept. Good... You may decide departure within our timeframe, Novan. Go to the docks and message this account when you're ready." She hands you a folded piece of faux paper with 'aux32585' printed on it. "There will be a representative waiting to take you. You will be briefed on the way. The job must be completed in the next three days, prepare yourself and contact us as soon as possible." She walks past you and disappears into a small crowd.

Ajax nodded. Finding a quiet spot, she unfolded the paper. (If there's anything on it other than the alphanumeric, say so?). Reviewing it, she headed off towards the docking bays.

Jovian takes a quick look around the room. Interesting design, even more interesting function. He looked back at the door which he had closed behind him, and then moved to the middle of the room. There was a terminal in the corner, cleverly disguised in the theme of the room. He raised his interface and sent it a command, bringing up the subnet on the screen. The interface pinged his connection through several proxies to disguise his location before entering in a direct address to the NR servers, the ones he knew where connected to the subnet. The connection established-he knew the network authentication was broken- and brought him to a login screen. He typed in his old information and entered it. Maybe it still worked.
